Carburetor insulator
The spacer between the carb and the head. OEM is gone. I'm modeling a replacement to have CNC machined, and may make extras.

The problem
Honda’s original insulator for the 1984 XL350R is no longer available. The part sits between the carburetor and the cylinder head and has to handle heat, vibration and a vacuum seal, so a cracked one means air leaks, lean running and a bike that will not idle.
What I’m doing
Measuring the original and modeling a replacement to be CNC machined. Once I have one that fits and seals, I’ll post the dimensions here and, if there’s interest, make a small batch for other owners.
